Non-essential shops, hair salons and fitness centers are allowed to reopen in the Netherlands after four weeks of mandatory closure due to a lockdown. Shops will have to close their doors again at 5 pm in the coming time and customers must also keep 1.5 meters away and wear a mouth cap. Only a limited number of people are allowed in.
