A recalcitrant shoplifter was arrested in Wittenau. When the handcuffs were removed from her, she completely lost her mind.

On Tuesday morning, a policewoman and her colleague were called around 6.30 a.m. to a shoplifting on Wilhelmsruher Damm in the Wittenau district.

A store detective observed a 23-year-old woman trying to steal several packs of coffee and deodorant sprays.

Since she could not identify herself, the police wanted to take her away. Then the woman freaked out!

“While the ad was being recorded, she became increasingly aggressive, insulted and spat on the emergency services, so that she was tied up. On the way to the patrol car, she kicked her colleague in the leg and continued her loud insults,” a police spokesman said on Wednesday.

After the measures at the station, the 23-year-old was brought in front of the building. When removing the handcuffs, she suddenly bit the police officer’s finger!

The officer was treated as an outpatient in the hospital, after which she ended her service.

The 23-year-old now has to answer for shoplifting, assaulting law enforcement officers and assault and insult.
