The shooting incident took place at 9:30 p.m. on a terrace of a bar in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Two people got out of a vehicle and shot at two people sitting on the terrace.
The police arrested a gunman. The second suspect is still on the run. Police say it may be a settlement.
