Radio presenter Shirly Karvinen arrived at the Radio Gala in a good mood.
Karvinen wore a glittery, fringed mini sword. He reveals that the outfit was acquired in the last ting.
– This was a contingency! I ordered this in a panic two days ago when my original outfit did not arrive, Miss Finland 2016 says.
Karvinen’s life currently involves a lot of work, but he is happy.
– For once, you can truly say that you are happy, he rejoices.

Karvinen has hosted the morning broadcast of Bassoradio for the past five years. Early revivals have taken their toll.
– I have to admit, I don’t remember anything from the last five years! Life goes a bit like that. You never get enough sleep. But on the other hand, I wouldn’t do any other transmission time. It’s maybe a little masochistic, I love that suffering. It has its own charm, Karvinen laughs.
One thing helps to get out of bed.
– I swear, Karvinen admits.
At work in the morning cheers up a colleague Minna Kuukan brewed coffee.
– Minna makes coffee every single morning. I take a fresh cup of coffee and then my life starts again, Karvinen says.
