Els Hofland, the aunt of André Hazes Jr., has put her house in Vinkeveen up for sale for five and a half tons. The reason? “She is terrified of Rachel Hazes and wants to be independent.”
Rachel Hazes is very dangerous. If she has something against you, you better take care of yourself. And most importantly: hire a good lawyer. Even her closest relatives have to deal with it and her sister Els Hofland, André Hazes Jr.’s aunt, is now next in line. What’s going on?
Els sells house
Els is going to sell her house in Vinkeveen for five and a half euros, the juice channel discovered Reality FBI yesterday evening. “This well-maintained and modern home has a living area of 187 square meters, six bedrooms, a sauna and a spacious south-facing backyard,” the advertisement reads.
Her son Djarno Hofland, also André’s right-hand man and best friend, confirms this. He advertises her mother’s home. “She bought the house from Rachel in 2020 for around 400,000 euros. So she can make almost 150,000 euros in profit on this,” according to the juice channel.
Afraid of Rachel
Why is that house for sale? Yvonne Coldeweijer knows that. She writes on her juicechannel: “They are terrified. Rachel sold her house to her sister Els in 2020. Rachel also lent her four thousand euros from her BV at the time, so that Els did not have to go to the bank.”
Well, that’s nice of Rachel. Or not? “You would think that was very nice, but La Kroketta kept her sister under control all this time. But last October, Els congratulated Monique and mini Dré on Insta. Rachel was FURIOUS! After that there was no more contact between Rachel and Els.”
Could this also be the reason for the break between André and Rachel? It just might be possible.
‘Painful for croquette’
Anyway, and then? “When Rachel also had an affair with André Jr., he moved in with Els. Extremely painful for the Kroket. Els is now afraid that Rachel, like Marieke, will initiate legal proceedings to terminate her mortgage with Rachel and get her out of that house. To avoid this, Els has put the house up for sale!”
Marieke van Beek is Rachel’s former best friend and the one who found her after her suicide attempt. She rents a place from Rachel, but she wants her out. “Els would like to be independent from Rachel, because she is dealing with a ticking time bomb. And I think that is very sensible of Els. 😂 Hopefully she will sell the place asap. 🍀”
