“She’s fooling us!”

Linda de Mol is improving little by little, her editor-in-chief has informed RTL Boulevard. And that means her comeback is getting closer. Yet there is also criticism.

Linda de Mol has been absent since the beginning of the year because of the huge media frenzy about The Voice of Holland. Her boyfriend Jeroen Rietbergen suddenly turned out to be a huge pervert and to make matters worse, de Volkskrant discovered that Linda had known about Ali B’s alleged misconduct for a year and a half, but did nothing about it within Talpa.

Going better

She hasn’t been on the cover of LINDA for months now. and editor-in-chief Karin Swerink has taken over Linda’s column. “Linda is doing a little better,” she told RTL Boulevard yesterday. “I think rest especially helps Linda and that she can process things in her own way in her own time.”

Karin expects Linda to return on the tube and in her own magazine at some point. “There is a moment when Linda comes back. Nobody knows exactly when and when it comes, she will do so in a completely stubborn way, as is normal with our magazine.”

for the fool

However, there is also criticism. For example, according to critic Jan Roos, the fact that Linda has taken in refugees from Ukraine is part of a PR strategy to return to the media as smoothly as possible.

John doesn’t believe it. “Linda looked really bad, didn’t she, with The Voice and her guy and the story of Ali B that she already knew. And suddenly she was in a magazine with a photo that she was towing a few Ukrainians into her house, because suddenly there was a reporter who saw Linda walking with those Ukrainians with a telephoto lens.”

mafia

It is completely unbelievable, Jan continues in the most recent episode of Gossip Talk. “No one believes that. And so those people in that family think that they can fool us, that they think: oh god, that’s nice of her. All staged and if something happens that doesn’t suit them, they buy it off. Terrible. Mafia, mafia!”

The editor-in-chief of Weekend, the magazine that contained the photos of Linda and her refugees, has denied that there was a one-two punch with Linda. Besides Jan Roos, there are several critics who question this.
