Amsterdam – Shell will end a 130-year-old history with the divestment of its Russian oil and gas fields on Monday. It made billions from the mineral resources it was allowed to gain from Moscow with Russian companies. Shell survived wars and coups. It is now leaving all companies in which it cooperates with the Russian state because of the war in Ukraine.
