Anyone who wants to use an electric scooter from Bolt in Brussels must now take an alcohol test. The test is incorporated in the Bolt application and is mandatory for anyone who wants to use the scooters between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. Bolt announced the innovation at its new warehouse in Schaerbeek.
