The new (old) president will probably invest the money (the transfer fee could have been higher, by the way) in overpriced old stars, as I have noticed in some forums.
It’s a shame about the club, they’ve recently driven an interesting line and the team has been rejuvenated. In terms of sport, it didn’t quite work out, which is not surprising given the upheaval, but with Özbek you will fall back into old patterns and aim for short-term success. Such a person becomes a legend when you become a champion at the end, which is associated with incredibly high costs no wonder that there is hardly a club that develops sustainably when such people are in power. Turkish football has been hitting a wall for years.
Can I just sign it like this?
Nothing sustainable is built. You want quick success again, then you won’t be able to get rid of the overpriced oldies later on, because they earn incredibly well.
