Severe punishment for Frenchman who caused fatal accident
On the way home after a night out, the young man fell asleep behind the wheel on September 18, 2021 on the E17. He drove into a concrete block and ended up in the bushes. The passenger in the front of the car was killed instantly. The 19-year-old driver did not have a driver’s license and committed a hit and run. He reported to the police the next day.
