Several people were arrested during the action of the Mobile Unit (ME) in Sneek. Farmers block a distribution center site there. Despite multiple warnings, the group refuses to leave.
According to the police, a group of people who are “not activists” joined the farmers during the day. “Everyone is now being ordered to leave,” a spokesperson said. Mayor Jannewietske de Vries (municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân) has issued an emergency order because of the situation.
