A 31-year-old man was arrested at Gare de Lyon train station in Paris this morning on suspicion of attacking several people with a knife. This is reported by the police prefecture. Three people were injured, including one seriously injured. Police also arrested a man in the French city of Lyon this morning who threatened passers-by with a knife. There were no injuries.
