Seventies critical after motorcycle accident

A passerby found the victim on Sunday morning in the middle of Steendamstraat in Alveringem. Emergency services were notified and the driver was taken to hospital. “His condition has deteriorated there,” said the spokesman for the Spoorkin police zone. “The public prosecutor’s office is aware, but because no other vehicle was involved, no expert has been appointed.” The victim’s condition is still said to be critical.
