+++Update from 21.06.: The wanted man turned himself in to the police+++

+++Original message+++: Almost exactly eleven months later, the Berlin police released images from a surveillance camera on Tuesday that are said to show the suspect.

He and seven other people are said to have been “directly involved in a joint robbery” on July 16, 2022 at around 4 a.m. at the Alexanderplatz underground station, according to the police.

The perpetrators stole cigarettes, money and a jacket from two young people. The ambushed remained unharmed.

Search measures have already identified seven suspects, but not the eighth person.

That’s why the police ask:

► Who can provide information on the identity and/or whereabouts of the wanted person?
