Ajax Women has defeated sc Heerenveen with convincing figures. At sports park De Toekomst it was 7-0 for the team of Suzanne Bakker. Attacker Tiny Hoekstra excelled by scoring three hits.
Just like in the men’s Eredivisie matches, the duel between Ajax and Heerenveen started with a minute of silence. This was in response to the stadium disaster in Indonesia.
Ajax started strong and got chances through Romée Leuchter and Chasity Grant. Tiny Hoekstra finally broke the spell after half an hour: 1-0. The attacker was again the end station of an attack a few minutes later and made it 2-0. Sherida Spitse scored the 3-0 before half-time, leaving the team from Amsterdam on roses.

Goal Machine
In the second half, Ajax continued to score goals unabated. Victoria Pelova scored with a shot in the corner and substitute Nikita Tromp was also accurate. Hoekstra completed her hat-trick fifteen minutes before the end. Leuchter also scored a goal just before the end: 7-0.
Because of the Champions League matches with Arsenal, this was the second game for Ajax. The Ajax players have not yet conceded a goal and will play against ADO Den Haag in two weeks.
