No less than seven PVs were drawn up against Sead Osmanovic (39) for domestic violence. Twice the psychotic man could be examined, but as many times that did not happen. With horrific consequences: Osmanovic killed his children and ex-wife Anela Alic (31) with a knife in their apartment in Pelt, and then committed suicide. “We called the police so many times. But now it is too late,” sister Fehima Alic testifies.
