Juventus Turin remains the first pursuer of league leaders Inter Milan. In Serie A, the record champions defeated Frosinone Calcio 3-2 (2-2) on Sunday (February 25, 2024) thanks to a goal in stoppage time.
Dusan Vlahovic had already given the “Old Lady” the lead in the third minute, but the outsiders hit back through Walid Cheddira (14th) and Marco Brescianini (27th). Vlahovic again (32nd) ensured the half-time score. When it looked like this 2-2 would be the final score, Daniele Rugani scored Turin’s celebrated winning goal.
Inter Milan are not showing any weakness
Juventus remain nine points behind Inter Milan in second place. The league leaders beat US Lecce 4-0 (1-0) and also have another game in hand. Argentine world champion Lautaro Martinez (15th, 56th) scored twice.
