The second coach dismissal in Serie A is perfect: the Italian promoted AC Monza has fired coach Giovanni Stroppa.
The club, owned by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, was taking action after a poor start to the season at the club, who have just one point after six games and are bottom of the table.
His successor will be Raffaele Palladino, who has been in charge of Monza’s youth team up to now.
Berlusconi’s TV holding company Fininvest acquired Monza in 2018 for 2.9 million euros and took the club out of the 3rd division and into Serie A.
