It’s the third fire within a week!
Shortly before midnight there was another fire on Riesaer Strasse (Hellersdorf), in the same stairwell. According to initial findings, rubbish burned in or on a basement shed.
The approximately 20 emergency services from the Berlin fire brigade, including the volunteer fire brigade, were able to quickly extinguish the fire, fortunately no one was injured.
The first fire happened on the evening of March 8th, only a few hours later the basement rooms in the house were on fire again.
