Tennis star Serena Williams, 41, and her husband, a Reddit entrepreneur Alexis Ohanian are expecting their second child.
Williams shared the good news in a creative way on Instagram. She posted festive photos with Ohanian and said she received “three invitations” to the Met Gala, a major event in the fashion world.
– I was so excited when Anna Wintour invited the three of us to the Met Gala, Williams wrote.
In the photos, the sports star posed in a black party dress and held her hands on her stomach.
The publication garnered a lot of attention on Instagram. In just four hours, the photos had received more than 650,000 likes. Numerous public figures congratulated the couple on their second child.
Williams’ child news has received a lot of attention in the past.
While expecting her firstborn daughter Olympia, 5, Williams didn’t want to stop training. She played tennis actively for several months, and won the Australian Open when she was eight weeks pregnant.
