The court agrees with the request made by the prosecution and finds them guilty of aggravated robbery in a public establishment. The defense will appeal

Four and a half years in prison and 750,000 euros. This has been the penalty to which the Provincial Court of Cáceres has sentenced the two accused of the robbery of Atrio. In the sentence, which has seen the light this morning and to which this newspaper has had access, the court finds guilty Priscila Lara Guevara and Constantin Dumitru of a crime of robbery in a public establishment with the aggravating circumstances of the high value of the bottles.

In this way, the court has followed the trend of the prosecution, whose request for a sentence was similar to that of the sentence. They must, therefore, continue in prison and also pay the 750,000 euros to the insurer for the value of the stolen wines. The defense already advanced at the end of the trial last week and would appeal if they were convicted. There is an appeal against the opinion before the TSJEx.

The sentence has been made public just a few days after the trial was held, following the dynamics of the agility of the instruction. The hearing was held in two days and has been the most publicized that the city remembers in its history. At all times, both employees and police closed the siege on the two defendants and even came to recognize them. On the second day, the DNA test in the room was decisive since it coincided with that of Priscila and Dumitru. The defense, however, has maintained that the accusation of their clients is based on evidence.
