Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Legal Consultancy referred Beşiktaş Coach Şenol Güneş to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK).
In the statement of the TFF, it was stated that Güneş was sent to discipline because of the unsportsmanlike statements he made after the Adana Demirspor match.
It was reported that Beşiktaş was referred to the board due to ugly and bad cheers and field events.
It was recorded that Yukatel Kayserispor was referred to PFDK due to the field events in the Corendon Alanyaspor match and Adana Demirspor in the Beşiktaş match, and MKE Ankaragücü’s statements about the referee and other match officials in the BiriKredi Ümraniyespor match.
It was stated that MKE Ankaragücü Club President Faruk Koca was sent to the board without precaution due to his statements about the referee and other match officials.
It has been announced that Adana Demirspor’s coach, Vincenzo Montella, has been cautiously referred to the board due to his unsportsmanlike behavior.
In the statement made on the official website of TFF, the following referrals took place:
“1- Due to the “field incidents” in the YUKATEL KAYSERİSPOR-CORENDON ALANYASPOR Spor Toto Super League match played on 20.05.2023, YUKATEL KAYSERİSPOR Club has been decided to be referred to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order.
2- In accordance with Article 38 of the Football Discipline Order, due to the “statements about the referee and other match officials” in the statements published on the club’s social media account before the MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club’s HANGİKREDİ ÜMRANİYESPOR-MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Spor Toto Super League match played on 21.05.2023. to PFDK,
MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club President FARUK KOCA was sent to PFDK without precaution in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Discipline Order due to “statements about the referee and other match officials” in the statements published on the club’s social media account before the same competition,
Due to the “threat” of MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club manager HÜSEYİN AYTEKİN in the same competition, pursuant to Article 41 of the Football Discipline Instruction and due to Article 46 of the Football Discipline Instruction and Article 7 of the Accreditation Instruction due to his “contrary to the instructions”, from 23.05.2023. It has been decided to send it to PFDK as a precautionary measure since then.
3- ADANA DEMIRSPOR INC. Club’s ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş.-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Due to the “field events” in the Spor Toto Super League competition, it was sent to PFDK in accordance with the 52nd article of the Football Discipline Order,
ADANA DEMIRSPOR INC. Due to the “unsportsmanlike behavior” of VINCENZO MONTELLA, the technical manager of the club, in the same competition, it has been decided to be sent to PFDK cautiously as of 22.05.2023 in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Discipline Order.
4- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Club’s ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş.-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. To be sent to PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Discipline Order due to the “ugly and bad manifestation” in the Spor Toto Super League match and in accordance with the 52nd article of the Football Discipline Order due to “field incidents”,
BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Due to the “unsportsmanlike act” of SENOL GÜNEŞ, the technical manager of the club, in the statements he made at the press conference after the match, it was decided to send him to PFDK without precaution in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Discipline Order.
