Senigallia, Paolo Ventura and other events not to be missed

Land suggestions that Senigallia inspires in the new artistic project of Paul Ventura. Paolo Ventura Senigallia is a project created by the Milanese photographer on the occasion of this exhibition: about thirty images, evanescent urban landscapes, one of the strands addressed by the artist’s poetics, where the subject is not always identifiable and is not necessarily the most attractive architecturally or historically.

The war in Ukraine and the stories of resistance: a photo exhibition that touches the heart

Senigallia Timeless images, Paolo Ventura

All are characterized by a work of superimposition and reconstruction, with targeted interventions of acrylic painting, because Ventura’s idea «is not to reproduce the reality that already exists but the infinite possibilities of being able to create and tell what does not exist».

Nuoro, Matisse in three dimensions

Sculpture is a lesser known aspect in the artistic history of Henri Matisse. He concentrates on this theme and on his work as an engraver Metamorphosis, the exhibition curated by Chiara Gatti, which investigates in particular the interest in the figure – in relation to the environment and the space that surrounds it – and how Matisse’s eye and hand have elaborated it. About thirty sculptures, drawings, engravings, photos are exhibited.
