There was a traffic jam on the A32 between Diever and Meppel-Noord after a semi-trailer carrying two caravans overturned.
The right lane was closed to traffic. This gave emergency services space and allowed the truck, trailer and caravans to be recovered.
It is still unclear how the accident could have happened. As far as we know, no injuries have been reported.
