Sheridan was seen in the popular ‘Seinfeld’ from 1990 to 1998, where she played Helen, the mother of main character Jerry. Her character was the only person who was not stuck in the series, but appeared in all seasons. Sheridan also starred in several Broadway musicals, including the “Life with Louie” series. She was in a relationship with the actor James Dean, who died in 1955. She wrote a book about it: ‘Dizzy and Jimmy: My Life with James Dean – A Love Story’.
The actress died in her sleep. She leaves behind a daughter.
