The A28 from Assen to Groningen is partially closed near Haren. There is water on the road. There is also flooding on the road towards Assen.
At the end of the afternoon, aquaplaning caused a car to cross the road. No one was injured.
Because of the rain this afternoon, the water could not drain. A contractor is on site to empty the well.
