Belgian cyclist Arnaud De Lie has won the Grand Prix Jean-Pierre Monseré. For the only 19-year-old rider of Lotto-Soudal it was already his second victory of the season. At the end of January he was the best in the Trofeo Playa de Palma – Palma.

De Lie was the fastest in the sprint after more than 203 kilometers in Roeselare, ahead of his compatriot Dries De Bondt and Frenchman Hugo Hofstetter.

The last attacker, the Belgian Ludovic Robeet, was over a mile before the finish line by the chasing peloton.
