Second drowned in Catalonia in 24 hours, this time in Tarragona

The Tarragona victim is a 32 year old man and indian nationalitywho drowned while bathing on the Miracle beach, which has lifeguard service and in which today the yellow flag flies.

The emergency services have received at 4:12 p.m. the notice from the beach lifeguard that he had pulled a man out of the water who was lying unconscious on the sand, and whom the other members of the lifeguard service have made resuscitation maneuvers until the arrival of the troops Medical Emergency System (SEM). The technicians of that service have also practiced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers for more than an hour, which have finally been unsuccessful.
