Season finale on Sunday in Hoppegarten.

The main race is the oldest race in Germany, the “Silver Horse”. The stayer test, which belongs to Group III, is endowed with 55,000 euros and is the last major race for marathon horses this year.

This race was held for the first time on June 19, 1832 on the Tempelhofer Feld, predecessor of the Hoppegartener Bahn. In the beginning it was more than 3750 meters. Now the distance of 3000 meters has been fixed. A total of eight races are on the program today.

The first start is at 10:50 a.m.
