Gauthier is of normal build, has dark curly hair, slightly longer than in the photo, and possibly a beard that is beginning to grow.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing gray jeans, a dark blue long-sleeved polo shirt and dark blue sneakers with white soles. Gauthier is asked to contact the police or his family to reassure them.
