Traces were found in the water in Waspik. It may be a car. The police confirm that. A report was made on P2000, the national network of emergency services, that a car had been found. A team of volunteers is also in Waspik on Tuesday afternoon with a search for the missing Hebe (10) and Sanne (26) who have disappeared since Monday.
The find was made on the Hooiweg. It is not clear whether the find in the water and the search for the two are related. The police say they are not ruling out anything and are investigating the Hooiweg. The police declined to comment on any further questions.
Police issued an Amber Alert on Tuesday morning. The search is on for 10-year-old Hebe from Vught and her supervisor Sanne (26) from Den Bosch.
The last word from the pair was heard on Monday afternoon. Sanne picks up the multiple handicapped Hebe at day center ‘t Overstapje on Theresiastraat in Raamsdonksveer. She was supposed to take the girl to her house in Vught, but they never got there.
