Search for Hebe and Sanne resumed, Veterans Search Team is helping again

The search for Hebe (10) and Sanne (26) resumed on Wednesday morning at half past nine. Late Tuesday evening, the search for the missing girl and her companion had to be suspended because it had become dark. Just like Tuesday, dozens of volunteers from the specialized Veterans Search Team will help with the search on Wednesday.

Early Wednesday morning the volunteers gathered in Sprang-Capelle. The search is coordinated from a central post there.

The search area that the police now specifically mention is the area around the Polanenweg in Waspik. Furthermore, it is continuously examined whether other places can also be searched.

In total, about a hundred officers and volunteers of the Veterans Search Team were involved in the search on Wednesday. “We combed a number of areas on foot yesterday, but we also searched with cars,” the police said.

“The places where we searched with cars yesterday are being searched on foot today.” That is especially around the Polanenweg in Waspik.
