The criminal court number 1 of Barcelona has issued a search warrant, capture and imprisonment provisional order to ensure that he is tried for Albert Cavalleknown as the ‘love scammer’, after he did not appear at an oral hearing on Wednesday for a new case of alleged scam women.
As reported this Thursday by the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia, the ‘love scammer’ did not appear at the trial that he had indicated in the criminal court number 1 of Barcelona nor did he justify his absence, nor did his lawyer. Since in this new case for which he is being tried the public prosecutor requests a sentence of more than two years in prison, the oral hearing cannot be held in the absence of the defendant.
For this reason, and at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, the head of criminal court number 1 in Barcelona has issued a search, arrest and provisional detention order to guarantee his attendance at this trial.
