ESean “Diddy” Combs was sued Thursday by three new John Doe plaintiffs who claim the Bad Boy Entertainment founder sexually harassed them over the past five years. The men claim they were drugged and abused by the disgraced music mogul on separate occasions in New York. Combs, who is now charged with alleged sex trafficking, denied the allegations through his lawyers.

In one of the new complaints, a man who wishes to remain anonymous claims he attended a party at Combs’ East Hampton home in the summer of 2020 and blacked out after drinking alcohol with Combs. He claims that Combs and some of his associates “alternately anally raped” him while he “vacillated between unconsciousness and wakefulness.”

“He’s ready for the party.”

A second John Doe claims he met Combs at the Marquee nightclub in New York in 2019 and went to an “exclusive afterparty” at the Park Hyatt Hotel with Combs and about 10 other people. He says Combs “personally” offered him a cocktail that left him feeling disoriented.

He further claims that Combs looked at him in this vulnerable state and announced, “He’s ready to party.” The plaintiff claims he lost consciousness and later woke up lying on his stomach on a couch while Combs abused him. And says an unidentified man and woman allegedly recorded the encounter. The John Doe claims the man from the night before gave him about $2,500 the next morning and said the money came from Combs.

A third John Doe claims he met Combs around 2006 and began working and running errands for him. r met with Combs at a hotel in February 2020 to discuss outstanding payments for orders. He claims Combs mixed him a drink that he believed was drugged. He says he fell asleep and woke up to find Combs bending him over the edge of a couch and raping him.

“These complaints are full of lies”

“These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against any unethical attorney who has made fictitious claims against him,” Combs’ lawyers said in a statement sent to ROLLING STONE.

The lawsuits were filed by Thomas P. Giuffra, a partner at Rheingold Giuffra Ruffo Plotkin & Hellman LLP. Speaking to ROLLING STONE, he said the men came forward because they finally “felt safe” with the arrest of Combs and others who shared their stories.

“All three men involved in these cases were threatened with violence after the attacks, so they were afraid to come forward,” said Giuffra, who represented Harvey Weinstein accuser Alexandra Canosa. “I think that’s part of how Sean Combs was able to do this for so long. They were afraid. [Aber] once it became public and people knew there were others…you don’t feel like you’re the one on the hit list.”

His trial is scheduled for May 2025

The new complaints add to the nearly 40 lawsuits already filed against Combs in the last 13 months. They follow the first rape and sex trafficking lawsuit that Combs’ former partner, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed against him in November 2023. That lawsuit was settled within 24 hours, but opened the floodgates to further allegations and a criminal investigation.

Combs, 55, was indicted in September and has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, organized crime and transportation for prostitution. The media mogul was arrested in New York City on September 16 and has been incarcerated ever since. He is currently housed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His trial is scheduled for May 2025.

The new lawsuits filed Thursday list Bad Boy Entertainment, Daddy’s House Recordings and Sony Music as co-defendants alongside Combs.
