A scooter rider was seriously injured yesterday in an assault by four boys in Emmen.
The victim was riding on the cycle path behind the Scheper Hospital in the evening when he was trapped. The boys punched and kicked the man, according to the police, he suffered serious physical injuries.
They also destroyed his scooter.
