A scooter rider was injured this afternoon in a collision with a car on Noordbargerstraat in Emmen. The victim was taken to hospital after being treated in an ambulance.
The police also came to the scene of the accident for assistance. The collision damaged the scooter and the car.
The driver of the car was not injured. It is not clear how the accident process could have happened.
