A scooter rider collided with the back of a car on the parallel road of Winschoterweg between Blijham and Winschoten on Thursday afternoon.
The scooter rider was taken to hospital with unknown injuries. The motorist was uninjured.
Both the car and the scooter will be removed by a recovery company.
