Paris (AP) – Tennis player Nastasja Schunk made it into the main field at the French Open.
The 18-year-old from the talent team of the German Tennis Association, who actually failed in the last qualifying round, benefits from the cancellation of the Croatian Ana Konjuh.
In the first round Schunk has to deal with the former world number one Simona Halep from Romania in Paris. A total of five German women and four German men are now in the second Grand Slam tournament of the season.
