The Schild & Vrienden case, in which founder Dries Van Langenhove and six co-defendants must answer for, among other things, violations of racism legislation and negationism, will be initiated today before the Ghent criminal court. If no new procedural issues arise, the parties agree on a conclusion calendar and the case can be argued after the court’s leave.
