Scandal: the audios of Milei’s setter admitting that “Malena” set up the charts

One of the great mysteries of Argentine politics these weeks is about the relationship between Javier Milei and Sergio Massa. Rumors and speculation about an agreement between the two leaders were the order of the day. However, that runrún has now jumped to another level: an audio from Sebastián Pareja, the libertarian’s Buenos Aires outfitter, was leaked, where he admits that the lists were put together by “Malena”, by an “agreement that came from above”. It is a scandal at the door.

“I don’t know if I wasn’t clear enough, I’m going to be clear now to make it clear. It is an agreement that there is no chance of not fulfilling, it is so, I am not discussing if it seems good to me or not, if there is an argument, I am not discussing all that. It is like this, there is a line drop from above that must be met. I don’t have the solution, they agreed”, Pareja begins by saying, in an audio published by the newspaper La Nación and also leaked on the networks in the accounts of @Bracesco2023 and @AlberdianoArg.

The libertarian owner was talking about the “agreement” to put Juan José Cervetto as the first candidate for councilor in Tigre, the small payment of the Massas. Cervetto was a man who had been suspected from minute zero due to his links with massismo: he had been elected a school counselor in that municipality in 2013 by the Renewal Front, and later he was an official of that town. But the audio of Pareja confirms it. “If they agreed that Cervetto has to be on the Deliberative Council, that means that he has to be one or two on the list, almost certainly. Hopefully three, but it’s not that we’re discussing it, I’ve already discussed it and they told me that it’s not like that, I can’t discuss it anymore,” continues Milei’s man.
