Scammers steal your stuff with ruse on the road: “Don’t respond and close your doors”

West Coast police receive reports of new forms of fraud. “Is an unknown man stopping you when you leave with the car while claiming that there is a defect in your vehicle? Close your windows and doors and do not respond,” it sounds.

The thief opens your door while you inspect the car and steals your stuff. There is also a woman walking around asking for directions. “Be extra careful, the lady puts the city map on your handbag and steals your wallet while you show the way.”
