Saturday Night Live made an exception because of the war in Ukraine

Cast Kate McKinnon and Cecily Strong presented a Ukrainian choir from New York as the opening number. Chorus Dumka performed the song in the broadcast Prayer for Ukraine ie “Prayer for Ukraine”.
