Satellite images show an “unprecedented number” of freight wagons about to cross the border between North Korea and Russia. According to the research center Beyond Parallel, which monitors North and South Korea from Washington, at least seventy freight wagons are ready to leave for Russia at the North Korean Tumangang train station. This may involve arms transports.
