Sarah Connor defends himself against Thomas Gottschalk’s blasphemy attack

Sarah Connor is angry with Thomas Gottschalk. The singer should be part of the RTL annual review “People, Pictures, Emotions”, which the 72-year-old moderated. Because of a cold, Connor canceled the performance, but still let himself be connected to the studio via video.

During the conversation, the 42-year-old apologized and said: “I’m sorry that I can’t be there, I would have loved to come.” Gottschalk commented on her absence with a saying that he said to his team after Connor called in sick: “It was a shitty year, but there is also good news: Sarah Connor canceled.” The moderator added the employees * inside would have been looking forward to the singer. “Me too, but you always act like you don’t give a damn.”

Connor did not comment on the saying on the show. This was then commented on Instagram. “Ok, what was that just now?” She wrote stunned in an Instagram story. “I think everything happens for a reason,” she added, adding hashtags like “old white men”, “RTL you still have a lot to learn” and “I don’t have to put up with it”.

Gottschalk moderated the annual review for the first time with ex-defense minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg. Previously, Günther Jauch presented the show for 16 years.
