Lto fever for the Sanremo Festival 2024 it started several weeks ago and tonight the cast of Bigs competing is completed. Added to the 27 already announced by Amadeus on Tg1 are: 3 winners of Sanremo Giovani on air at 9.30pm on Rai 1. The live broadcast is also available in streaming on RaiPlay and in simulcast on Rai Radio 2.
Sanremo Giovani 2024, who are the 12 finalists
There are 12 finalists who will clash on the stage of the Sanremo Casino, a few hundred meters from the Ariston Theatre. The theater that will host the long singing marathon from 6 to 10 February. It’s about bnkr44, Clara, Dipinto, Fellow, GrenBaud, Lor3n, Santi Francesi, Nausica, Omini, Jacopo Sol, Tancredi and Vale LP.
Four of them come from the Sanremo Area Competition (Dipinto, Fellow, Nausica, Omini), to which the other 8 were added. Initially 564 were competing for a place: many requests for participation arrived at Rai. After an initial screening, 49 passed through, leading to the 12 competing tonight.
It was up to us to decide who deserved a chance the Rai Music Commission formed by the deputy director of Prime Time Entertainment Federica Lentinithe teacher Leonardo D’Amicis and the author Massimo Martelli. The host and artistic director Amadeus will preside.

Clara gives Sea outside and French Saints from X Factor
Among the participants of Sanremo Giovani 2024, Clara and Santi Francesi stand out. Clara, born Clara Soccini, is 24 years old and is already known to the general public thanks to Sea outside. In the Rai 2 cult series she plays the trapper Giulia, aka Crazy J. She makes her entrance in the third season and wreaks havoc inside the Nisida juvenile prison.
In parallel with her career as an actress, Clara continues her career as a singer. The other singers competing
Bnkr44 are competing with Special effects. They come from Empoli and the song speaks «of a finished love». They explained the meaning like this: «Each of us made our own film and dedicated the song to someone». The name of the collective – made up of Caph, Erin, Fares, Foster, JxN and Piccolo – comes from the place where they gather to play which they call bunkers.
Armando Di Pinto, aka Dipinto, is 23 years old and sings Criminals, a song with which he exorcises “an uneasiness” from his past. He told RaiPlay that, although he felt the need to express himself through music, he didn’t do it for fear of being targeted by his peers. The studio experience instead gave him the awareness and strength to make music.
Fellow, Federico Castello, participated in X Factor 2021 and now he performs with Alien. «It’s about the losers at the party», he says, «it’s dedicated to all the people who try to escape from reality». For him Sanremo is «a giant objective and, at the same time, a starting point».

Also at Sanremo Giovani is Tancredi di Friends 2020
GrenBaud, born Simone Buratto, participates with Mama. «It’s the story of a journey. I run away from home, but then I come back.” Lor3n is the stage name of Lorenzo Iavagnilio and presents Winter flowersabout “a love that grew up in the wrong period”.
Nausica (Giordana Petralia) arrives from Catania and performs Tales. «It’s about a beautiful love story that unfortunately has come to an end. I felt a lot of melancholy, it was a dark period in my life”, he revealed to the RaiPlay cameras. On the stage of Sanremo Giovani also brings his harp, «my life partner», nicknamed Kitty. She also has a participation in X Factor.
Julian and Zak Loggia and Mattia Fratucelli are the Omini. Former X Factor 2022they sing Sea force 90i. The song «talks about a relationship that in theory is over, but it might not be. We leave that up to the listener to decide.” They have been playing together for ten years.

Tancredi comes from Friends. He was one of the most appreciated singers of the twentieth edition. Born Tancredi Cantù Rajnoldi, he sings Pearls, which recounts a difficult moment “which also affected the relationship I was experiencing”. In the end, Valentina Sanseverino aka Vale LP is competing with Bitch, «a song that talks about feelings, love, anger. It faces my greatest fear: being loved for what I’m not, which is a bitch.”
