The case was heard by the court in Almelo last week. According to a judgment of the court in The Hague, Sanderink must pay his ex 1.9 million in penalty payments. He had solemnly promised to do so in March, but a day before he was due to pay, his companies Centric and DSS suddenly seized the money.
