Sander Gabel, alias Runbrandt, runs another running artwork in Hoofddorp

Sander Gabel from Amstelveen did it again: yesterday he made a new running artwork for the Plastic Soup Foundation in Hoofddorp. In about two hours, he ran an 18-kilometer distance in the shape of an orca, with the aim of raising money for the foundation.

After some final preparations, Sander will start his run on Monday afternoon. Via the center of Hoofddorp, over the Geniedijk and in the direction of Floriande, the kilometers increasingly take the shape of an orca.

A cat and an eagle

Under the name ‘Runbrandt’, Sander often runs running art, last year he made a cat in the Amsterdam forest. To raise money for animal cancer research.

And today he also runs for a good cause, the Plastic Soup Foundation. Just before the start he says that there is about five hundred euros sponsored by the people. The ultimate goal is to double that amount.
