Ayuso advocates for Vox as a priority party to agree, celebrates the departure of Podemos and reiterates that his place is Madrid
The president of the Community and PP candidate for re-election, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has reiterated that she had already advanced that when it came to carrying out post-election pacts her bet was that Vox would be the “priority party”, she has celebrated the exit of Podemos of the Assembly and has reiterated that its place is Madrid.
In any case, beyond the pacts, he has maintained that now is the time for the PP to continue “consolidating that vast majority” throughout Spain. The objective, in his opinion, should be “to be the best PP again”, to think about what “made them great” and what has helped them, for example, in Madrid to “unite the center right”.
He believes that you have to “continue on that path” and never “break bridges.” “I have not even broken them with the socialist mayors, whom I have always held in the utmost respect, also during the campaign (…) I think that now what must be done is to continue widening the electoral base convincing them with a lot of work, with great humility”, he declared in various interviews on ‘Cope’, ‘Onda Cero’, ‘Telecinco’ and ‘Antena 3’, collected by Europa Press.
