Entrepreneur Sampo Kaulanen can move from running a village store to new projects after million-dollar sales.

A new start with a completely clean slate.
It feels Sampo from Kaulase incredibly after busy, difficult years. When he sold his wife Minttu Murphy-Kaulanen with Jouni’s trade, the company’s debt burden of millions suddenly lifted from its shoulders.
And the company’s account now has millions.
– Hard work is always rewarded. For 15 years, I have been carrying a big debt burden. Now that it goes away, it’s nice, Kaulanen commented to Iltalehte.
On Friday Kiinteistöuutiset wrote Kesko bought the Äkäslompolo neck with land and buildings for 19 million euros.
– We agreed at the time of the transaction that we would not comment on the purchase price, says Kaulanen, and adds that the newspaper information about the sale price is not exactly correct.
But it is true that they don’t have to worry about money anymore.
Sampo Kaulanen believes that money in itself does not bring happiness, even though it makes life easier. He quotes next Elon Musk’s tweet when the controversial billionaire commented on his rise to the world’s richest.
– “How strange. Well, back to work.” It probably best describes how I feel, Kaulanen laughs.
– Of course, money has a significant effect on how you can fulfill yourself at work. You can start doing projects with less risk when you don’t have horrible debts. Oxygen travels better.
A new phase of life
As a creative person, Sampo Kaulanen cannot help but plan and come up with new ideas. That comes naturally to him.
– I’m grateful for this phase of life, that booze is a vehicle and now that debt burden. I have done a certain kind of spiritual rebirth. A while ago I was spending “retirement days” in my head, but I’ve already started planning new things. We have acquired Levi’s property, and renting it will start from Christmas, says Kaulanen.
– Another luxury destination is already on the table in planning. That’s what our guy is supposed to do there, he adds.
Kaulanen says he kicked off his speaking gig.
– The first one is scheduled for the end of May, and I have also invested a small slice in the Finnish motorcycle-related start-up company Verge Motorcycles, he says.
An entrepreneur who has been boiled in many broths wants to take care of the balance. It is important not to lose too much to do in order to maintain the balance of everyday life.
It’s difficult because Kaula is interested in so many things.
– There are also tractor jobs and splitting saws ahead. That tiger can’t seem to get out of his tracks, he smiles.
