The nitrogen dossier continues to stir political emotions. CD&V chairman Sammy Mahdi responds to VTM News on the swipe of Flemish environment minister Zuhal Demir (N-VA). He said on Saturday that ‘Sabotage Sammy’ is pushing the whole of Flanders to the abyss in the nitrogen dossier. “An alliteration as they are used in America by Donald Trump,” Mahdi responds to that nickname. “I don’t think we’ll get anywhere with that street fighter mentality.”
